LCD TV上会使用到各种不同之LDO,AME提供各种不同电流之LDO给客户最多样的选择,从150mA到3A,都有合适的产品可供使用。AME8818提供300mA输出电流,输入电压为2.5V~5.5V,并具有低drop out电压(230mV@300mA typ.),且只需要1uF之输出电容做为频率补偿使用,很适合作为LCD TV节省成本使用;AME8819为600mA产品,提供最大稳定600mA之电流输出,低drop out电压(540mV@600mA typ.),只需要2.2uF输出电容作为补偿使用,在较大电流输出上可以达到客户的需求;AME8827则提供最大1A之电流输出,可以满足大尺寸LCD TV驱动source IC与gate IC之需求,340mV之drop out电压,60dB之PSRR,提供从1.2V~3.3V各式固定电压之产品。
