美国ITC启动337调查，戴尔、联想等被列为被告

12月19日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定无线通信设备及其组件（Certain Wireless Communication Devices and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1429）。

据悉，该调查源于2024年11月18日韩国International Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd. of Seoul, South Korea向美国ITC提出的337立案调查申请。该公司主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号10,575,262、9,271,308、10,111,227、10,616,919），并请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

在此次调查中，美国Dell Technologies Inc. of Round Rock, TX、美国Dell Products L.P. of Round Rock, TX、中国四川Dell (Chengdu) Co. Ltd. of China戴尔（成都）有限公司、美国HP, Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、美国Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. of Spring, TX、中国香港Lenovo Group Limited of China、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC等企业被列为被告。
