1. Quality Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Participate in quality analysis, prepare quality control plans, design quality control cards, and determine quality control points.

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:‍‍

1. Review, develop, and implement marketing strategies and tactics for products, pricing, market segments, and customers, while monitoring market movements to align with company strategies and maximize sales performance and profits.

2.Collaborate with the Product Marketing Division on product development and promotion by creating marketing strategies, and supporting sales teams, business partners, and end customers.

Requirements:

1. Degree / master of electronics in electrical engineering.

2.Minimum of eight to 10 years of experience in product marketing or business development, preferably with two to three years of experience leading a team. In addition, experience designing industrial power supplies or automotive electronics is preferred.

3.Good connections and resources within China’s semiconductor industry.

4.Knowledgeable in Excel and PowerPoint.

5.Language: Mandarin level = native; English level = proficient / business.

6. Good presentation and communication skills in English.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.

4.Sales Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:‍‍

1. Deploy strategy and tactics to manage key distributors and maintain alignment with management and the division for the designated markets.

2.Focus on key and potential mobile phone and TWS customers in China.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in electronics and engineering.

2.5+ years of professional experience in sales or equivalent experience in the semiconductor market.

3.Technical background is preferred.

4.Experience selling mobile sensors is preferred.

5.Proficient in English (written and spoken).

6.Travelling is required.

5.Cashier

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Arrange payments according to the company’s schedule.

2.Statistic reporting to relevant authorities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting.

6.Planner

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Customer order processing and management.

2.Mass production scheduling.

Requirements:
