QDC Asia通过CNAS扩项和复评审/QDC Asia repassed accreditation of CNAS

伍尔特电子亚洲品质设计中心（QDC）在2020年再次扩大检测能力范围和能力验证服务范围，并于2021年3月通过CNAS国家认可评审组的现场评审，再次获得ISO/IEC 17025检测实验室和能力验证提供者（ISO/IEC17043）的资质认可。

In 2020, Würth Elektronik Quality Design Center Asia (QDC) once again expanded the scope of testing ability and proficiency testing. In March, 2021, QDC passed the on-site review of technical reviewers from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It again obtained the accreditation of both ISO/IEC 17025 Testing Laboratories and Proficiency Testing Providers (PTP: ISO/IEC17043).

QDC实验室依据ISO/IEC 17025实验室管理系统要求，建立、推动、实施实验室的检测工作，并为实验室内部管理要求和技术运作提供相关规范，保证了QDC实验室的检测能力和水平。并将检测技术应用在产品设计开发、制造生产过程的管控、产品可靠性的失效分析、客户投诉试验验证等过程。通过资质认可，意味着QDC实验室出具的检测结果及报告在全球范围内可得以互认，权威检测结果与客观检测数据增强客户对WE产品质量信心度和提高WE产品的认知。

With the adoption of ISO/IEC 17025 lab management system and relevant specifications for its internal management and technical operation, QDC establishes, promotes and implements the testing work in the lab as well as ensures its testing ability. Meanwhile, the testing technologies are widely applied in the processes spanning from product design and development, control of manufacture and production, failure analysis of product reliability and testing verification for customer complaint. The accreditation signifies that testing results and reports issued by QDC is mutually recognizable in the world. The authoritative testing results and objective testing data contribute to not only building customer confidence to the quality of WE products, but also strengthening the WE brand identity with customers.

检测实验室资质认可是如何保证检测结果的置信度，而能力验证提供者（PTP）则是评定检测实验室的检测能力与水平，是代表某个检测领域的最高水平。主要包括以下方面：

a. 实验室可以利用能力验证作为外部质量评估的工具，定期对自身能力进行独立评估，从而识别与检测机构之间的差异性，补充其内部质量控制

b. 计划认可或通过认可的实验室，通过获得满意的能力验证结果能力，可以判断实验室是否具有从事检测活动的能力

c. 识别检测实验室之间的水平差异

d. 比较检测/测量方法或程序

e. 确认声称的测量不确定度

f. 检测风险管控和质量改进的工具

The accreditation of testing lab demonstrates the reliability of the testing results. And PTP evaluates the testing ability with an indication of the highest standard in a specific testing field, which mainly includes the following aspects:

a. Lab capable of providing proficiency testing as a tool for external quality assessment and conducting periodical independent assessment on self-competence so as to identify differences among testing institutions and to advance its internal quality control

b. Lab accredited or planning to get accredited, of which PTP accreditation result enables the judgement of its testing ability

c. Having the capability to identify differences among testing labs

d. Having testing procedures and measurements for comparison

e. Capable of declaring uncertainty in measurement

f. Equipped with apparatuses for risk control and quality advancement

截至目前，在亚太地区的电子元器件领域的能力验证机构共303所，包括8所中国电子电器领域的能力验证机构，而QDC实验室则是唯一一家能够提供电子元器件能力验证的权威服务机构。这表明了QDC实验室在电子元器件领域的检测能力与水平在国内外处于最高水平，彰显了在电子元器件检测领域的权威性，树立了在电子元器件检测地位，进一步提升了WE产品品牌竞争力以及伍尔特电子在全球的声誉。
Up to now, QDC is the only authorized institution that is competent to the task of providing proficiency testing in the field of electronic components, with 8 Chinese proficiency testing providers in electrical and electronic area emerging from their 303 counterparts in the Asia-Pacific region. It's a clear sign that QDC's testing ability in the field of electronic components is at the cutting edge at home and abroad, which improves further WE products' competition as well as the reputation of Würth Elektronik around the world.
